| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨丹红注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及对血浆NPY和hs-CRP水平的影响。方法 共75例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用吸氧、强心、利尿、扩张血管、抗感染、对症治疗。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注，1次/d，疗程为2周。分别测定治疗前、治疗2周NPY、hs-CRP水平。结果 两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗结束后血浆NPY、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，但治疗组较对照组血浆NPY、hs-CRP水平下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论 丹红注射液可明显降低充血性心力衰竭患者血浆NPY、hs-CRP水平，对改善患者的心功能有重要意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of danhong injection（DHI） and its influence on the concentration level of the plasma NPY and hs-CRP in the treatment of the patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods Seventy-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both were given oxygen uptake, cardiotonic agents, diuresis, the dilation of blood vessels, anti-infection, symptomatic treatment, meanwhile, the treatment group were also given DHI, one per day, for 2 weeks. The concentration level of NPY and hs-CRP were determined before the entry into the trial and after two weeks of the trial, respectively. Results After 2 weeks, the concentration level of NPY and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0. 05). However, the concentration level of NPY and hs-CRP in treatment group were significantlv lower than those in control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion DHI interventions can decrease the level of the NPY and hs-CRP significantly in patients with CHF and plays an important role in improving cardiact funtion of the patients. |
