| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨戒烟药物伐尼克兰的服用时间长短与戒烟效果的关系。方法 观察自愿戒烟的吸烟者25例，均采用伐尼克兰治疗，服药后第2、第4、第6、第8、第12 W进行电话随访，对吸烟者的服药时间及戒烟情况进行记录和分析。结果 在25例吸烟者中，9～12 W戒烟成功者12例，占48%（12/25），戒烟未成功者13例，占52%（13/25）。戒烟成功者的服药时间平均为7.23 W，明显长于戒烟未成功者的4.83 W（P=0.011），服药时间较长者（8～12 W）戒烟成功率高于服药时间较短者（<8 W)（P=0.027）。结论 伐尼克兰戒烟有确切的效果，戒烟效果与服药时间长短有关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observed the relationship between times and effects of treatment with varenicline for smoking cessation.Methods Twenty-five smokers who wish smoking cessation were observed. They were treated by varenicline, and the telephone follow-up were performed at weeks 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 after treatment，and the times of treatments and abstinence were recorded and analysis.Results The numbers of continuous abstinence participants were 12 from 9 to 12 weeks, and continuous abstinence rates were 48% (12/25). The number of discontinuing abstinence participants were 13, and discontinuation rates were 52% (13/25). The average duration of treatment with varenicline was 7.23 weeks in continuous abstinence participants, and it was longer than that in discontinuing abstinence participants (P=0.011). The continuous abstinence rates in longer-times of treatment (8～12 weeks) was higher than that in shorter-times of treatment (P=0.027).Conclusion Varenicline was an efficacious pharmacotherapy for smoking cessation. The effect of treatment was related to times of treatment with varenicline. |
