| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨反复自然流产与ABO血型之间的相关性。方法 选择680对反复自然流产患者（夫妇二人）为实验组，210对顺娩健康活婴者（夫妇二人）为对照组，实验组和对照组均按夫妇ABO血型是否相容分为ABO血型相容和ABO血型不相容两类，并进行统计学分析。结果 实验组中夫妇ABO血型相容有264对，占38.8%，ABO血型不相容有416对，占61.2%；对照组中夫妇ABO血型相容有102对，占48.6%，ABO血型不相容有108对，占51.4%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 夫妇ABO血型不相容与反复自然流产密切相关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the relativity between ABO blood group and recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Six hundred and eighty couples with recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected as experimentation group and 210 couples who give birth to a child successfully were selected as control group. Experimentation group and control group were divided into ABO blood group consistent and non-consistent types respectively according to the ABO blood group of couples. The data were managed by statistical method.Results In experimentation group the proportion of ABO blood group consistent type was 38.8%, compared with 48.6% in control group. And in experimention group the proportion of ABO group non-consistent type was 61.2%,compared with 51.4% in control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion ABO blood group non-consistent in couples is closely related to recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
