| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨艾滋病（AIDS）合并马尔尼菲青霉病（PM）的有效治疗方案，提高AIDS合并PM的诊疗水平，降低病死率。方法 选取AIDS合并PM患者62例，分为疗程10周组和12周组，两组均给予两性霉素B和/或伊曲康唑及抗艾滋病病毒治疗（ARV），治疗结束后观察两组的复发率及病死率。结果 治疗疗程10周组与12周组的复发率及病死率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 AIDS合并PM治疗疗程10周组与12周组疗效大致相同。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the treatment regimens of AIDS complicated by penicilliosis marneffei, improve its diagnosis and treatment level, and reduce mortality.Methods Sixty-two patients with AIDS complicated by penicilliosis marneffei were divided into 2 groups (10 weeks group and 12 weeks group,with 31 patients in each group）.Two groups were given itraconazole,amphotericin B and anti-HIV treatment.The course of treatment in 10 weeks group was 10 weeks, that in 12 weeks group was 12 weeks.The relapse rate and mortality were compared between two groups.Results There were no statistically difference in the relapse rate and mortality between the 10 weeks group and 12 weeks groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The therapentic effect of two groups of AIDS compliated by penicilliosis marneffei are similar. |
