罗哌卡因联合芬太尼行腰-硬联合麻醉应用于分娩镇痛的临床效果分析

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察罗哌卡因联合芬太尼行腰-硬联合麻醉应用于分娩镇痛的临床效果。方法 选择采用罗哌卡因联合芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉行分娩镇痛的产妇40例作为观察组(镇痛分娩组),另选同样条件的正常产妇40例作为对照组(无镇痛分娩组),比较两组产程时间、分娩疼痛情况、产后出血量及剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率等指标。结果 镇痛分娩组的镇痛评分、产程时间、剖宫产率、产后出血量显著低于无镇痛分娩组(P<0.01)。结论 罗哌卡因复合芬太尼行腰-硬联合麻醉镇痛效果确切,是分娩镇痛的有效方法,具有镇痛效果好、缩短产程、剖宫产率低、产后出血量少等优点,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of clinical applications of combined spinal- epidural analgesia with ropivacaine and fentanyl in labor analgesia.Methods Forty pregnant women as antalgic group which received combined spinal- epidural analgesia with ropivacaine and fentanyl in labor analgesia, compared with 40 homogeneous pregnant women as control group. The labor time,labor pain,flooding postpartum bleeding, rate of cesarean section and rate of neonatal asphyxia were compared between two groops.Results The pain score, labor time, rate of cesarean section, flooding, and rate of neonatal asphyxia of antalgic group was significant lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined spinal- epidural analgesia with ropivacaine and fentanyl is an effective method for labor analgesia, the method has the advantages of better antalgic effect, shorter labor duration, lower rate of cesarean section, less pestpartun bleeding,flooding, and lower rate of neonatal asphyxia etc.It is worthy of clinical application.
