| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨晕针的原因及临床表现，为更好地防治晕针提供参考。方法 对10例晕针患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 晕针的病因多与心理、体质、体位等因素有关。病情发展迅速，均有短暂性晕厥，自行恢复快，无后遗症等特点。结论 心理开导、采取卧位注射是预防晕针的重要措施，及早识别晕针性质是治疗的关键。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the causes and manifestations of acupuncture syncope in order to prevent and treat it.Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with acupuncture syncope was retrospectively analyzed for seeking its causes and clinical manifestations.Results The main causes of acupuncture syncope included psychological factors, physical fitness, body position and so on. All occurred rapidly, with transient syncope,and symptoms improve rapidly.Conclusion Psychological guidance and injection in recumbent position was the important measure to prevent acupuncture syncope, early identification of its nature is the key to the treatment. |
