| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨外科围手术期使用预防性抗菌药物的可行性，为临床抗菌药物的规范化与合理性使用提供依据。方法 回顾性调查该院2009-06～2011-06外科手术病历986份（例），对所使用抗菌药物的种类、用药数量等指标进行统计分析。结果 抗菌药物使用率为99.70%，其中单一使用抗菌药物占13.02%，二联用药占58.70%,三联用药占28.28%；抗菌药物使用种类最多的是头孢菌素类，其次为硝基咪唑类。结论 该院外科围手术期使用抗菌药物存在使用率偏高和不合理联用及滥用等问题，应进一步规范外科抗菌药物的使用范围，降低围手术期抗菌药物的使用率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the feasibility of using prophylactic antibacterial drugs during perioperative period and provide the basis for the standardized and rational use of antibacterial drugs.Methods A retrospective survey of 986 cases of surgical medical record in this hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 and a statistical analysis of the types and number of the used antibacterial drugs were performed.Results The utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was 99.70%(use of a single kind of drug,13.02%; two kinds of drugs, 58.70%; three kinds of drugs,28.28%).The main antibacterial drug which was used cephalosporins,followed by nitroimidazoles. Conclusion A high utilization rate, unreasonable use and abuse of antibacterial drugs exist in the surgery of this hospital. It is necessary to standardize the application of surgical antibacterial drugs, so as to reduce the poor consequences caused by antibacterial drug abuse by improving present situation of the unreasonable use. |
