| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌直肠前切除术中的应用及并发症发生的原因与防治。方法 回顾分析90例低位直肠癌应用双吻合器行直肠前切除术的临床资料。结果 90例均一次手术成功,无手术死亡病例,术后发生吻合口瘘5例(5.6%),吻合口狭窄2例(2.2%),经保守治疗后均治愈。结论 双吻合器技术提高了低位直肠癌保肛手术的成功率并有效地减少并发症的发生。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the role of double-stapling technique in low anterior resection for low rectal cancer, investigate the causes of complications and its corresponding of measures prevention and cure.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 90 consecutive patients who underwent double-stapled low anterior resection for low rectal carcinoma.Results The double stapling procedure in 90 patients were successful without operative deaths,anastomotic fistula was found in 5 patients（5.6%）,anastomotic stenosis was in 2 patients（2.2%）.All complication were cured after corresponding treatment.Conclusion The double stapling technique improves the successful rate in the sphincter-preserving operation of low rectal cancer and effectively redure the incidence of complication. |
