| ［摘要］ 自锁托槽是一种最新的低摩擦力托槽，它利用托槽自身的自锁结构，替代或减少传统托槽中使用金属结扎丝或橡皮圈对弓丝的结扎，减少了结扎丝对弓丝的摩擦力，使矫治力更加柔和、持久，更容易产生牙齿移动，缩短操作时间，提高矫治效率。该文就自锁托槽的分类、特点及临床应用的最新研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Self-ligating bracket is a new low friction bracket,it used its brackets self-lock structure to replace or decrease the archwires ligations using wire or rubber band in the conventional brackets.The self-ligating brackets have the advantages of lighter force,lower friction with archwires,more easy for teeth move and cut down the untoward effect to oral tissue during the orthodontic treatment,more convenient for clinical operation and shorter treatment time.In this article,the classification,properties and the newest clinical effects of self-ligating brackets are summarized. |
