| ［摘要］ 目的 观察蒙脱石散联合甘露醇治疗有机磷农药重度中毒的疗效。方法 选取有机磷农药重度中毒患者132例，按就诊顺序和毒物种类编号半随机分为A组和B组，各62例。两组患者均按常规治疗，B组在常规治疗的基础上加用蒙脱石散9 g，冲250 ml生理盐水口服，相隔2 h后口服20%甘露醇250～500 ml，2次/d，连用2 d。比较两组的临床疗效及并发症。结果 B组临床疗效优于A组，且并发症少于A组。结论 蒙脱石散联合甘露醇治疗有机磷农药重度中毒效果好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with mannitol in the treatment of patients with pesticide poisoning by mouth.Methods Acording to the visiting order and number of toxicant species,132 patients were randomly divided into A group and B group with 62 patients in each group. All patients were treated according to routine. On the routine treatment B group was treated with oral administration of montmorillonite powder 9 g dissolved in 250ml saline and oral administration of 20% 250～500 ml mannitol at 2 h of intervals,twice a day,for 2 days.Between the two groups,the number of patients with rebound phenomenon,the number of patients with cases of intermediate syndrome and the number of days of hospitalization were compared.Results The clinical effects in B group was better than that in A group,no rebound phenomenon was foud in B group.Conclusion The clinical effect of montmorillonite and mannitol in the treatment of organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning is better. |
