| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 将135例慢性鼻窦炎患儿半随机分为观察组68例和对照组67例。观察组口服苍耳子鼻炎滴丸、氯雷他定颗粒，局部喷活性银离子抗菌液；对照组口服头孢他美酯片、氯雷他定颗粒，局部喷活性银离子抗菌液。均连用14 d。结果 观察组总有效率为82.35%，对照组总有效率为64.18%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 口服苍耳子鼻炎滴丸、氯雷他定颗粒，局部喷活性银离子抗菌液，对小儿慢性鼻窦炎有较好疗效，并且避免了使用抗生素的副作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis.Methods One hundred and thirty-five children with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into observation group(n=68) and control group(n=67). The observation group was treated by oral cocklebur rhinitis dropping pills,loratadine particle,and local spraying of activated silver ion antibacterial liquid; The control group was treated by oral cefetamet pivoxil tablet,loratadine particle,and local spraying of activated silver ion antibacterial liquid. The course was 14 d.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 82.35%,that of control group was 64.18%,there was statisfically significant olifference in the total effective rafe between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of cocklebur rhinitis dropping pills,loratadine particle,and local spraying of activated silver ion antibacterial liquid in the treatment of children with chronic sinusitis has good curative effect,and avoids the side effects of the antibiotics. |
