[摘要] 目的 探讨肾上腺素联合独一味应用于宫颈环形电极切除术(LEEP)创面止血及修复的临床价值。方法 选择行LEEP术的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者57例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组30例,术中宫颈注射肾上腺素,术后创面涂布独一味粉,口服独一味胶囊3 d;对照组27例单纯电熨止血。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、切除标本直径、锥切深度、疼痛程度及术后阴道出血、排液及创面愈合时间。结果 两组切除标本直径与锥切深度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛程度及术后阴道出血、排液、创面愈合时间较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 宫颈LEEP术中联用肾上腺素及独一味能有效减少术中出血量,促进宫颈创面修复,值得临床推广应用。 |

[Abstract] Objective To observe the hemostasis and tissue repair effect of epinephrine combined with lamiophlomis rotata on surface of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).Methods Fifty-seven patients were selected randomly for LEEP therapy who were divided into two groups randomly: observation group(n=30) and control group(n=27). For subjects in the observation group, epinephrine cervical injection was applied, lamiophlomis rotata was coated on LEEP surface for hemostasis, given oral lamiophlomis rotata capsule for 3 days;while conventional electric coagulation was routinely adopted to stop bleeding for control group.The intraoperative bleeding volume, operating time, diameter and height of resected specimen,pain severity,vaginal bleeding time,vaginal drainage time,post-operation condition were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the diameter and height of resected specimen between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, subjects in observation group had less intraoperative bleeding volume, shorter operating time,lighter pain severity,less vaginal bleeding and drainage time. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05 or <0.01).Conclusion Epinephrine and lamiophlomis rotata have a positive hemostasis effect on surface of cervical LEEP, and is worth being promoted clinically. |
