| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨社区药学干预对糖尿病的治疗作用。方法 选取188例社区糖尿病患者进行有组织、有计划的降糖药物知识群体教育和个体化药学干预，比较干预前后的服药率、规律服药率、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平及血糖达标率。结果 干预后社区糖尿病患者的服药率、规律服药率、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平及血糖达标率等各项指标均优于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 社区药学干预能够改善糖尿病患者的用药依从性，提高血糖控制达标率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of community pharmacy intervention in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus in community were selected，to receive organized and planned hypoglycemic drug knowledge education and individual pharmacy interventions. The medication rate, the regular medication rate, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial plasma glucose and reaching standard rate of blood glucose before and after pharmacy interventions were compared.Results After pharmacy intervention,the medication rate, the regular medication rate, fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial plasma glucose and reaching standard rate of blood glucose and soon on were better than those before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Community pharmacy intervention can improve the drug compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus, and improve the reaching standard rate of blood glucose. |
