| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨综合干预措施对该院普外科围手术期合理应用抗菌药物的影响，提高抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法 随机抽取2008～2009年普外科手术病历共100份（常规处理组）和2010～2011年病历共100份（干预组）进行统计分析，比较两组应用抗菌药物的合理性。结果 干预组各项抗菌药物应用不合理性指标均比常规处理组显著减少（P均<0.01），干预组用药时间、住院时间、抗菌药物费用均比常规处理组显著减少（P均<0.01），两组切口感染发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 采取的综合干预措施有效、可行，可明显提高普外科围手术期应用抗菌药物的合理性，减少抗菌药物的不良反应，降低抗菌药物的费用，缩短患者的住院时间，具有重要的临床意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on the rational use of antibiotics in perioperative period in department of general surgery in our hospital, to improve the rationality of antibiotics application.Methods One hundred general surgery operation records from 2008 to 2009(non intervention group) and 100 medical records(intervention group) from 2010 to 2011 were randomly selected and reasonable application of antibacterials between the two groups were compared.Results The irrationality indexes of antibiotics application in intervention group were significantly reduced than non intervention group(P all <0.01).The medication time, hospitalization time, cost of antibiotics in intervention group were significantly reduced than non intervention group(P all <0.01). There was no significant difference in incidence of incision infection between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention measures is effective and feasible. It can obviously improve the rationality of antibiotics application of department of general surgery during operation period, reduce the antibiotics adverse reaction,the cost of antibiotics and hospitalization time. |
