寰椎后路螺钉固定技术可行性及临床应用研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 寰椎连接颅与颈椎,是脊髓生命中枢对应部位,其解剖位置重要。若发生寰枢椎脱位或寰枕部不稳,可直接压迫延髓,危及患者生命。因此,对寰椎部位切实有效的固定至关重要。寰枢椎后路钉板固定是新近出现的寰枢椎后路固定技术,其将螺钉分别固定于寰椎和枢椎上,具有操作方便、固定性能好的特点。该文就寰椎后路螺钉固定技术的可行性及临床应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Atlas which connects skull with cervical vertebra is at the corresponding parts of the spinal cord center of life, and its anatomical location is significant. Once atlantoaxial dislocation or atlanto-occipital instability occurs, it can directly compress the medulla oblongata and endanger the lives of patients. Therefore, the effective fixation of the atlas site is crucial. Posterior atlantoaxial screw-plate fixation is an emerging posterior atlantoaxial fixation technique, by which the screws are fixed in the atlas and axis. This technique has the character of easier operation and good fixing performance. In this paper, the research progress on the feasibility and clinical applications of atlas posterior screw fixation technique are reviewed.
