[摘要] 外伤性癫痫是脑外伤最严重的并发症之一,其基础研究日益受到重视,但目前其发生机制尚不清楚。该文主要介绍外伤性癫痫可能的发生机制:癫痫灶超微结构的变化包括神经元、神经胶质细胞和血脑屏障的变化,载脂蛋白E等位基因ε4(APoE-ε4),铁和自由基损伤,兴奋性氨基酸(EAAs)的过量释放,脑海马区突触重建等。 |

[Abstract] Post-traumatic epilepsy is one of the most serious complications of traumatic brain injury, and its basic research is becoming more and more attention, but the pathogenesis is unclear. This paper describes the possible pathogenesis of post-traumatic epilepsy: the epileptic focus ultrastructural changes including changes in neurons, glial cells and the blood-brain barrier, apolipoprotein E allele ε4(APoE-ε4), iron and free radical damage, excessive release of excitatory amino acids(EAAs), hippocampus synaptic reconstruction and so on. |
