| ［摘要］ 硬化治疗以其微创、安全、有效等优点在良性卵巢囊肿中广泛应用，硬化剂在硬化治疗中起到关键性作用。无水乙醇作为经典的硬化剂在临床使用中仍存在诸多问题。乙氧硬化醇作为国内新研发并得到药物使用批准文号的硬化剂逐步得到推广和使用，有望成为无水乙醇的替代物，具有良好的应用前景和发展价值。该文就硬化剂在良性卵巢囊肿中的应用进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Sclerotherapy have been used widely in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts with its advantages of minimal invasiveness,safety, effectiveness,hardening agent play a crucial role in the sclerotherapy.As classical hardening agent,anhydrous ethanol had many problems in the clinical practice.Lauromacrogol is a new medicine, which having obtained drug approval numbers in China,it may become an optimal substitute to anhydrous ethanol in sclerotherapy.It has wide application value and development prospect.In this article, the application of hardening agent in benign ovarian cysts was reviewed. |
