采用小组形式开展作业疗法治疗学龄前脑瘫儿童的疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察以小组形式开展作业疗法治疗学龄前脑瘫儿童的临床效果。方法 20例痉挛型双瘫的脑瘫患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10)。对照组的作业治疗采用一对一的训练方法,观察组采用2名脑瘫儿童为一小组形式开展作业治疗,1次/d,30 min/次,每周5 d,治疗3个月。结果 两组治疗后,精细运动功能及日常生活活动能力显著提高(P<0.01),观察组与对照组效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 以小组形式与传统一对一形式开展作业治疗均能明显提高脑瘫患儿的精细运动功能及日常生活活动能力,治疗效果差异无统计学意义。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating preschool-aged children with cerebral palsy by occupational therapy in groups.Methods Twenty children with spastic diplegia were randomly divided into control group(n=10) and observation group(n=10). Occupational therapy of the control group was conducted in a one-to-one training way while the observation group was conducted in groups of 2 children once a day, each time lasting for 30 minutes, 5 days each week for 3 months.Results After the therapy, the Fine Motor Function(FMF) and Activities of Daily Living(ADL) in both groups significantly improved(P<0.01) and there was no significant difference between the results of the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both occupational therapy in the ways of groups and traditional one-to-one can substantially improve the FMF and ADL of children with cerebral palsy, and there is no significant difference in the treatment effect.
