| ［摘要］ 目的 研究吲哚美辛栓剂对食管贲门癌术后全胃肠外营养（TPN）效果的影响。方法 68例食管贲门癌患者术后接受TPN 1周，随机选择其中34例同时应用吲哚美辛栓剂100 mg入肛，3次/d;在术后1 d、3 d、7 d检测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白含量变化，并计算氮平衡。结果 应用吲哚美辛者术后血清蛋白增高，负氮平衡减少，提示蛋白质合成增加。结论 吲哚美辛可增强术后TPN效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effect of indomethacin on efficacy of total parenteral nutration(TPN) in the patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.Methods Sixty-eight patients received TPN for a week postoperatively,34 patients among them also received 100 mg indomethacin rectal suppository,3 times a day. Total protein, albulmin and transferrin in the serum and nitrogen balance were examinated before operation and on the 1st day, the 3rd day and the 7th day after operation.Results There was significant increase in transferrin and decrease in negative nitrogen balance in the group of opatients taken indomethacin rectal suppository,suggesting a increase in protein synthesis.Conclusion Indomethacin could improve the efficacy of TPN after operation. |
