离体年轻恒牙片短期应用酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体再矿化的实验研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 评价短期应用10%酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体(CPP-ACP;商品名:Tooth Mousse护牙素)离体牙釉质再矿化的效果。方法 将离体前磨牙制成牙釉质牙片作为标本,天平称重后用37.5%磷酸酸蚀浸泡2 min,吹干5 min后用天平称重。再将酸蚀后的牙片用Tooth Mousse护牙素涂搽牙面30 min,在蒸馏水中浸泡1 h,吹干5 min后用天平称重。依据作用时间的不同分为A~L等12个组。统计分析各实验组与酸蚀组浸泡后重量与时间的关系。结果 经统计分析各组浸泡后的平均重量与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组组间比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Tooth Mousse护牙素的再矿化作用不是直线上升的而是呈曲线上升。

Experiment research on the effects of complex of casein phosphopeptide and amorphous calcium phosphate in enamel remineralization

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of complex of casein phosphopeptide and amorphous calcium phosphate(trade name: GC Tooth Mousse) application in enamel remineralization in vitro.Methods The in vitro premolars enamel blocks were made as specimens. After weighing, the specimens were soaked with 37.5% phosphoric acid for 2 minutes. At 5 min after the dry the specimens were weighed with a balance. Then after acid etching Tooth Mousse was used to coate the surface of acid etching tooth blocks for 30 min, immersed in distilled water for 1 hours, weighing at 5 min after the dry. According to different time the specimens were divided into the A~L of 12 groups. Statistical analysis was performed in the relation between the weight and the soaking time of each experimental group and the acid etching group.Results The statistical analysis showed there was no statistical difference between the groups after soaking and the control group in average weight(P>0.05), and between the experimental groups there was no a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The remineralization effect of Tooth Mousse is not straight up but a curve.
