| ［摘要］ 目的 观察神经肌肉电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果。方法 对2012-02～2013-02收治的195例产后盆底功能障碍患者采用盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗。结果 治愈92例，有效74例，无效29例，总有效率为85.1%。治疗后盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维的收缩时间较治疗前明显延长（P<0.01），疲劳度较治疗前显著提高（P<0.01）。结论 神经肌肉电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍疗效确切，具有安全、无痛、无创等优点，对改善患者的生活质量有重要的临床价值，值得推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 195 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were treated with NMES from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital.Results 92 patients were cured; 74 patients were effective; 29 patients were ineffective. The contractive time and fatigue of muscle fiber Ⅰ or Ⅱ of pelvic floor were significantly increased after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of NMES in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction is a safe, painless, non-invasive therapy, playing an important role in improving the quality of life of patients. |
