| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨介入栓塞化疗联合调强放疗对晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效。方法 入组41例宫颈癌患者，肿瘤分期Ⅱ期患者11例，Ⅲ期患者16例，Ⅳ期患者14例，均进行介入栓塞化疗及调强放疗。观察治疗后患者的近期有效率、获益率及治疗前后肿瘤直径变化情况。结果 各肿瘤分期患者总有效率为46.3%，获益率为85.4%，各期肿瘤大小治疗后较治疗前均有显著缩小（P<0.05）。结论 介入栓塞化疗联合调强放疗是晚期宫颈癌有效的治疗方法，近期疗效显著。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of super-selective bilateral uterine arterial chemoembolization therapy and radiotherapy for advanced uterine cervical cancer.Methods 41 patients with advanced uterine cervical cancer received super-selective bilateral uterine arterial chemoembolization therapy. The effective rate, clinical beneficial rate and diameter changes of tumor before and after the treatment were observed.Results The effective rate was 46.3% and the clinical beneficial rate was 85.4%. The tumor diameter after the treatment was smaller than that before the treatment.Conclusion Super-selective bilateral uterine arterial chemoembolization therapy is an effective treatment for the advanced uterine cervical cancer with significant short-term effects. |
