| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕症患者行巧克力囊肿剥除术后，影响妊娠的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析2008-01～2012-01年收治的80例卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕症患者采用了腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术后的妊娠情况，术后随访18个月，术后妊娠者及未妊娠者年龄、不孕类型、手术时间、术中出血量、囊肿大小、单侧还是双侧囊肿、盆腔粘连与否、是否合并盆腔子宫内膜异位等方面进行比较。结果 术后妊娠者与术后未妊娠者在手术时间、术中出血量、囊肿大小等方面比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但在年龄、不孕类型、单双侧囊肿、盆腔黏连与否差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢巧克力囊肿合并不孕症患者行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术后妊娠率明显提高。影响巧克力囊肿合并不孕症患者术后妊娠率的相关因素主要是单双侧囊肿和盆腔黏连与否，与手术时间、术中出血量、囊肿大小无关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the pregnancy rate and its influencing factors in the infertile patients after the ovarian endometriotic cystectomy by laparoscopy.Methods 80 infertile patients with endometriotic cyst were performed by laparoscopy from January 2008 to January 2012 and their postoperative data were analyzed with a 18-month follow-up. The patients were divided into two groups according to pregnancy and non-pregnancy. The age of the patients, the types of infertility, the duration time of operation, the amount of bleeding volume, the diameter of the ovarian endometriotic cyst, the sides of cyst occuring, adhesion and complications of pelvic endometriosis were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the pregnant patients and non-pregnant patients in the duration time of the operation, the amount of bleeding volum and the diameter of the ovarian endometriotic cyst. There were statistically significant differences between the pregnant patients and non-pregnant patients in the age of the patients, the types of infertility, the duration times of infertility, the sides of cyst occuring, adhesion and the complications of pelvic endometriosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The pregnancy rate is significantly increased in the infertile patients with endometriotic cystectomy after the operation laparoscopy. The key factors influencing the pregnancy rate are the age, the types of infertility, the duration times of infertility, the sides of cyst occur, adhesion and the complications of pelvic endometriosis. |
