MicroRNA及其与心律失常关系的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类调节基因,是内源性非编码、长度为18~22个核苷酸的小分子RNA,在转录后水平调节基因表达发挥重要的生物学作用。近期研究表明,miRNA表达水平的变化与心律失常密切相关,诸如miR-1、miR-133、miR-328、miR-208、miR-21及miR-15等可通过细胞膜离子通道的功能和异常表达引发心律失常,干预和调控miRNA的表达水平,有望为心律失常的诊疗提供一个新靶点。

Abstract:
[Abstract] MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of regulatory gene with an endogeous small non-coding RNA of 18~22 nucleotides in length and plays an important role in biological process, which participates in regulating expression at post-transcriptional level. Current studies indicate that changes of miRNA expression levels are closely related to the formation of arrhythmia, for example, miR-1, miR-133, miR-328, miR-208, miR-21 and miR-15 can lead to arrhythmia through dysfunctions and abnormal expressions in cell membrane ion channels. Intervene and regulation expression levels of miRNAs may become a novel diagnosis therapeutic target for arrhythmia.
