[摘要] 辐射抵抗的三个主要机制为内在辐射敏感性、肿瘤细胞增殖和乏氧。磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)信号通路是肿瘤细胞的存活通路之一,该通路的激活与辐射抵抗密切相关。该文就PI3K/AKT信号通路与辐射抵抗机制作一综述。 |

[Abstract] The three major radiation resistance mechanisms are intrinsic radiosensitivity, tumor cell proliferation and hypoxia. The phosphatidy-linositol-3-kinase(PI3-K)/protein kinase B(AKT) pathway is one of the survival pathways of tumor cells. Activation of this pathway is closely related to radiation resistance. This review focuses on the PI3K/AKT signal pathway and radiation resistance mechanisms. |
