| ［摘要］ 目的 分析经腹内环口腹膜外置术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法 选取该院2012-03～2014-08收治的小儿腹股沟斜疝202例，按照患者选择的治疗方式分为观察组（n=109例）和对照组（n=93例），观察组采用经腹内环口腹膜外置术治疗，对照组采用传统手术方式治疗，比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和术后复发率。结果 观察组的手术时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率与术后复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 经腹内环口腹膜外置术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝具有操作简便、患者痛苦小、术后并发症少等优点，安全可靠，有较好的临床应用前景。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of internal ring peritoneal external surgery on pediatric inguinal oblique hernia.Methods Two hundred and two patients with pediatric inguinal hernia in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatments, with 109 cases in the observation group and 93 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with internal ring peritoneal external surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional surgery. The operation time, hospital stay, complications and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The incidence of complications and postoperative recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal ring peritoneal external operation is a safe and simple way with less pain and complications to treat pediatric inguinal hernia. |
