宫颈癌及CIN宫颈组织中CD24表达研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 研究分化抗原簇蛋白24(cluster of differentiation-24,CD24)在宫颈癌的临床分期和病理组织分型中的表达和关系。方法 以宫颈癌40例为观察组1;宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)35例为观察组2;慢性宫颈炎正常宫颈组织20例为对照组。三组患者均采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶方法(streptavidin peroxidase,SP)进行CD24表达检测。结果 宫颈癌及CIN患者中CD24蛋白表达主要在癌细胞及病变细胞的细胞膜和胞浆中。宫颈癌细胞CD24阳性36例,阳性率为90%;CIN患者宫颈组织中CD24阳性15例,阳性率为42.9%;正常宫颈组织中CD24的表达阳性为0例,阳性率为0.00%。阳性率随着宫颈病变程度逐渐升高,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),宫颈癌的组织病理分型及临床分期、CIN的组织病理分级的CD24表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在宫颈癌及CIN宫颈组织中CD24表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织,且与病理组织分型及临床分期无关。CD24的高表达可能为宫颈癌的治疗提供新理论依据。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of cluster of differentiation-24(CD24) and its correlation with pathological types and clinical stages in cervical carcinoma.Methods Forty patients with cervical cancer and 35 patient with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) were collected as experimental group 1 and experimental group 2, respectively, other 20 females with normal cervical were considered as the control group. Streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical technique was used to detect CD24.Results CD24 protein was mainly located in cellular membrane and cytoplasm of malignant cells. Positive rate was 90%(36/40) in cervical cancer and 42.9%(15/35) in CIN. No positive expression of CD24 was found in the normal cervical tissues. There were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05). The positive rate of CD24 protein was not correlated with the pathological types and clinical stages(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD24 is significantly higher in cervical carcinoma and CIN than that in the normal cervical tissues. The higher expression of CD24 is not associated with the histopathological types and the clinical stages.
