| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨内镜-腹腔镜手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎并发胰腺假性囊肿的临床效果。方法 选取2014-10～2015-10该院诊治的52例重症急性胰腺炎并发胰腺假性囊肿患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各26例，对照组采用开腹手术治疗，观察组采用内镜-腹腔镜手术治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间以及住院时间，显著少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 重症急性胰腺炎并发胰腺假性囊肿患者采用内镜-腹腔镜手术治疗效果理想，值得推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopy-laparoscopy in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic pseudocyst(PPC).Methods Fifty-two cases with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with PPC were collected in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015, and were randomly divided into the control group(n=26) and the experimental group（n=26）. The control group was treated with laparotomy surgery and the experimental group received endoscopic-laparoscopic surgery. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two operations.Results The operation time, blood loss, exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group, were significantly shovter or less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic-laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with PPC. |
