| ［摘要］ 目的 分析慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者血清甲状旁腺激素（PTH）水平的变化情况。方法 选取2013-09～2014-12肾内科诊断为CRF住院患者306例。按我国CRF的分期方法,根据血清肌酐水平（Cre，单位μmol/L，肌氨酸氧化酶法)分为：肾功能不全代偿期25例（133.8结果 CRF患者PTH水平高于正常对照组，随着病情进展PTH水平逐渐增高。结论 监测血清PTH水平能客观地评价肾功能损害程度，对防治CRF具有重要的意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the changes of the serum parathyroid hormone(PTH) in the patients with chronic renal insufficiency(CRF).Methods Three hundred and six patients in nephrology department with CRF from September 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects. According to the CFR staging criteria of China and the levers of CRE, the patients were divided into the following groups: 25 cases in compensatory stage of renal insufficiency(133.8Results The levels of PTH in the patients with chronic renal insufficiency were higher than those of the normal controls, and the PTH increased with the progression of the disease.Conclusion Monitoring the serum PTH levels can evaluate the degree of renal function damage. It has an important significance for the prevention and treatment of CRF. |
