| ［摘要］ 目的 观察茵陈蒿汤联合维生素C治疗IgG抗体高效价孕妇预防新生儿溶血病的临床效果。方法 选择血型为O型，IgG抗体>1∶64的孕妇132例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各66例，对照组给予传统维生素C治疗，治疗组在此基础上口服中药茵陈蒿汤，对比分析两组患者治疗结果及新生儿状况。结果 治疗组的IgG抗体效价治疗疗效显著优于对照组（86.36% vs 58.09%），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后治疗组新生儿早发性黄疸、总胆红素含量、重症黄疸发生率（3.70% vs 25.42%）显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 茵陈蒿汤联合维生素C方法简单安全、有效，能降低孕妇IgG抗体效价，减少新生儿溶血病的发生，降低高围产儿病死率，提高出生人口素质，值得临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinchenhao decoction with vitamin C on preventing neonatal hemolytic disease in pregnant women with a high titer of IgG antibody.Methods One hundred and thirty-two pregnant women with blood type O and IgG antibody>1∶64 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional treatment of vitamin C. The treatment group received vitamin C combined with Yinchenhai decoction. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of IgG antibody titer in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(86.36% vs 58.09%), (P<0.05). The neonatal jaundice, total bilirubin content and the incidence of severe jaundice were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(3.70% vs 25.42%), (P<0.05).Conclusion Yinchenhao decoction combined with vitamin C can reduce maternal IgG antibody titer and the incidence of the neonatal hemolytic disease and thus is safe and effective on preventing neonatal hemolytic disease in the pregnant women with a high titer of IgG antibody. |
