| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨盐酸利托君联合黄体酮胶丸治疗先兆早产的临床效果。方法 选取该院2013-08～2015-02收治的108例先兆早产患者作为研究对象，将所有患者采取随机数字表法分成实验组（54例）和对照组（54例），对照组予以盐酸利托君治疗，实验组予以盐酸利托君联合黄体酮胶丸治疗，观察对比两组患者保胎成功率、药物起效时间以及住院时间、药物不良反应等情况，并比较两组新生儿存活率、新生儿体重、新生儿Apgar评分。结果 实验组保胎成功率为98.15%，对照组为94.44%，两组保胎成功率均较高，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组患者药物起效时间及住院时间均比对照组短（P<0.05）；实验组患者药物总不良反应率为1.85%，对照组为3.70%，两组患者服药不良反应均较少，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组保胎成功，新生儿均存活，无一例死亡，实验组新生儿体重及Apgar评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产效果良好，保胎成功率高，不良反应少，联合黄体酮胶丸保胎成功率更高，药物起效时间短，患者住院时间短，恢复快，新生儿体重及Apgar评分更佳。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effct of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progestin capsule on the treatment of aura preterm birth.Methods One hundred and eight patients in our hospital from Augest 2013 to February 2015 with aura preterm birth were colleted as the study subjects and were divided into the experimental group(n=54) and the control group(n=54). The control group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride and the experimental group was given ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone capsules. The spuc success rate, drug onset time,hospitalization time, adverse reactions, neonatal survival rate, birth weightand Apgar scores of the neonates where were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group in the spuc success rate(98.15% vs 94.44%). The hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the birth weight and the Apgar scores were better than those of the control group（P<0.05）. All the neonates survived in the two groups.Conclusion Ritodrine hydrochoride combined with progestin is better than ritodrine in the treatment of aura preterm birth. |
