[摘要] 宏基因组测序(mNGS)正越来越多地应用于临床实验室的诊断。该文探讨了这项诊断传染病的新技术的目前实施情况,并讨论将mNGS转变为常规诊断技术的可行性。大量研究表明,mNGS在直接从临床样本中识别常规、罕见、协同感染病原体并对解决抗生素耐药性问题,提供了新的诊断证据,可用于指导治疗方案和改进抗生素管理。mNGS是解决临床感染问题的重要手段,将在临床实践中被广泛接受。 |

[Abstract] Metagenomics next generation sequencing(mNGS) is increasingly being used in clinical laboratory diagnosis. This paper discusses the current implementation of this new technique for the diagnosis of infectious diseases, and discusses the feasibility of transforming mNGS into routine diagnostic techniques. Many studies show that mNGS can directly identify common, rare and co-infection pathogens from clinical specimens and solve the problem of antibiotic resistance, providing new diagnostic evidence that can be used to guide treatment regimens and improve antibiotic management. mNGS is an important means to solve the problem of clinical infections, and this technology will be widely accepted in clinical practice. |
