| ［摘要］ 冠心病多支病变是较为严重的一种心脏疾病，而糖尿病可以对不同方式血运重建后通畅率、围手术期相关并发症的发生风险及严重程度产生影响。当冠心病多支病变合并糖尿病时，整体预后出现很大程度的不确定性。该文对冠心病多支病变合并糖尿病患者不同治疗方案的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Multi-vessel coronary artery disease(MVD) is a more serious type of coronary heart disease, and diabetes mellitus can affect the patency rate after different revascularizations and the risk and severity of perioperative related complications. When MVD complicated with diabetes mellitus occurs, the overall prognosis is very uncertain. This paper reviews the research progress of different treatment options for patients with MVD complicated with diabetes mellitus. |
