摘要:
[摘要] 非小细胞肺癌是恶性肿瘤中威胁人民生命健康的头号杀手,免疫微环境与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。非小细胞肺癌通常伴有广泛的基因改变,有着特殊的肿瘤免疫微环境。免疫治疗的出现推动了非小细胞肺癌治疗的发展,但大部分患者仍未能对免疫治疗产生很好的应答。深入研究非小细胞肺癌的免疫微环境,特别是各免疫细胞的功能,是理解肿瘤免疫抑制机制及改善患者临床预后的关键。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is the leading cause of cancer-related morbidity and mortality in malignant tumors. Immune microenvironment is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. NSCLC is usually accompanied by extensive genetic alterations and has a special tumor immune microenvironment. The emergence of immunotherapy has promoted the development of the treatment of NSCLC. However, the majority of patients with NSCLC still fail to respond well to immunotherapy. In-depth study of the immune microenvironment of NSCLC, especially the function of various immune cells, is the key to understand the mechanisms of tumor immunosuppression and improve the clinical prognosis of the patients.
