| ［摘要］ 近年来，乳腺癌靶向药物发展迅速，这类药物在改善肿瘤患者预后的同时，其心血管毒性也不可忽视。该文根据《2021CSCO肿瘤治疗相关心血管毒性防治指南》就乳腺癌靶向治疗的相关药物导致的心血管毒性的致病机制、预防、监测及干预进行解读。 |

| ［Abstract］ In recent years, targeted drugs for breast cancer have emerged one after another. However, while these drugs can improve the prognosis of cancer patients, their cardiotoxicity can not be ignored. In this paper, the pathogenesis, prevention, monitoring and intervention of cardiovascular toxicity caused by drugs related to targeted therapy of breast cancer were interpreted according to 2021 Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Toxicity Related to Tumor Therapy. |
