| ［摘要］ 目的 比较奥沙利铂（L-OHP）及紫杉醇（PTX）分别联合5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）化疗方案在胃癌根治术后的应用效果及安全性。方法 选取2010-06～2013-05该院收治的66例胃癌根治术后患者作为研究对象，按入院顺序编号半随机分为A、B两组各33例。A组采用奥沙利铂联合5-Fu术后辅助化疗方案，B组采用紫杉醇联合5-Fu方案，均随访2年，统计肿瘤复发率、转移率、患者无瘤生存率、总生存率及毒副反应发生率。结果 A组、B组术后1年、2年肿瘤复发、转移率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。A、B组术后1年、2年无瘤生存率、总体生存率比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。A组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少，恶心、呕吐，周围神经毒性、发热、肝功能异常发生率略高于B组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 奥沙利铂与紫杉醇分别联合5-Fu在胃癌根治术后辅助化疗中均有确切疗效，患者均可耐受，安全性较高。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the clinical effects and safety between oxaliplatin(L-OHP) and paclitaxel(PTX) respectively combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) chemotherapy on the patients with gastric cancer after radical resection.Methods Sixty-six patients who underwent radical resection of gastric cancer were selected as the study subjects. They were numbered in the order of admission, and were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 33 cases in each group. The group A was treated with L-OHP combined with 5-Fu adjuvant chemotherapy, while the group B was treated with PTX combined 5-Fu. Both of the two groups were followed up for 2 years. The tumor recurrence rate, metastasis rate, tumor-free survival rate, overall survival rate and incidence of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in postoperative 1-year or 2-year tumor recurrence and metastasis rate between the group A and the group B(P>0.05); There were no differences in postoperative 1-year or 2-year disease-free survival rates and overall survival rates between the group A and the group B(P>0.05); The incidences of grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ neutropenia, nausea and vomiting, peripheral nerve toxicity, fever and abnormal liver function in the group A were slightly higher than those in the group B but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion L-OHP and PTX respectively combined with 5-Fu in adjuvant chemotherapy are both safe and effective in the treatment of gastric cancer after radical resection. |
