| ［摘要］ 目的 记录和分析300例改良后的Seldinger法行桡动脉穿刺的成功率、穿刺用时、术后并发症等情况，以期提高桡动脉穿刺的成功率及进一步减少患者术后并发症。方法 临床诊断为冠心病患者共300例，应用改良后的Seldinger法行桡动脉穿刺。记录改良后的Seldinger法行桡动脉穿刺的成功率、穿刺用时、术后并发症等情况。结果 改良后的Seldinger法行桡动脉穿刺的穿刺成功率为100.0%；桡动脉穿刺平均用时（233±78）s，男性平均用时（203±53）s，女性平均用时（280±88）s。桡动脉痉挛者28例（9.3%）；术后发生轻度局部血肿者15例（5.0%）；桡动脉闭塞者17例（5.7%）。结论 改良后的Seldinger法行桡动脉穿刺的成功率高，穿刺安全可行，术后并发症少，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of modified Seldinger technique on the success rate of the radial artery puncture and postoperative complications in the patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 300 patients with coronary heart disease were collected and their radial arteries were punctured by modified Seldinger technique. The success rate, the puncture time and the postoperative complications were recorded.Results The success rate of modified Seldinger technique for radial artery puncture was 100.0%. The mean time for radial artery puncture in all cases was(233±78) seconds. It took(203±53) seconds in the male and (280±88) seconds in the female patients. Artery spasm was present in 28 cases（9.3%）. Local hematoma was present in 15 cases（5.0%）. Obliteration of the radial artery was present in 17 cases（5.7%）.Conclusion Modified Seldinger technique is safe and has a high success rate of radial artery puncture in the patients with coronary heart disease. |
