| ［摘要］ 目的 探究三维适形放疗联合小剂量TP化疗对食管癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择2015-01～2016-08该院收治的食管癌患者64例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各32例。对照组实施三维适形放疗治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上实施小剂量TP化疗治疗。两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量。结果 治疗前两组患者的生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后观察组躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能及社会功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 三维适形放疗联合小剂量TP化疗治疗食管癌效果显著，能有效提高患者的生活质量，在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with a small dose of paclitaxel plus cisplatin(TP) chemotherapy on the quality of life of the patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 64 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy. The observation group received a small dose of TP chemotherapy based on the same treatment with which the control group was treated. The quality of life was compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05). After the treatment, the scores of physical pain, physiological function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with a small dose of TP chemotherapy has a significant effect on the treatment of esophageal cancer. It can effectively improve the quality of life for the patients and has a high value in the clinical application. |
