| ［摘要］ 儿童肱骨外髁骨不连是肱骨外髁骨折后的并发症之一，其发病后可引起肘部骨发育异常、肘关节对应关系丧失、肢体外观畸形及肘关节功能障碍，给患儿的身心健康带来严重的负担。深入了解其发病原因、解剖结构及治疗方式有助于规范肱骨外髁骨折的临床治疗及并发症的预防。该文针对儿童肱骨外髁骨不连的病因、解剖及手术治疗等的研究进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The nonunion of the lateral humeral condyle in children is one of the complications of lateral humeral condyle fractures,which can cause the elbow dysplasia of bone, losing the matchup of the elbow joints, limb deformities and elbow dysfunctions, severely damaging the children′s physical and mental health. Understanding its causes,anatomy and surgical treatment methods helps to standardize the treatment of lateral humeral condyle fractures and prevent the complications. The research progress in the causes, anatomy and surgical treatment of the nonunion of the lateral humeral condyle in children are reviewed in this paper. |
