壳寡糖多靶点调控2型糖尿病的机制研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病率呈持续上升趋势。T2DM的病理机制较为复杂,涉及胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢紊乱和肠道菌群失调等。海洋来源的壳寡糖(COS)及其衍生物具有显著的抗炎、抗氧化、改善糖脂代谢以及调节肠道微生物群等多种生物活性。COS及其衍生物抗糖尿病的多靶点协同机制,为构建靶向营养干预方案提供了理论支撑,并在糖尿病综合治疗中凸显出临床转化价值。该文对COS多靶点调控T2DM的机制研究进展作一综述。

Research progress in mechanisms of chitooligosaccharides regulating type 2 diabetes mellitus through multiple targets

Abstract:
[Abstract] The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is on a continuous upward trend. The pathological mechanisms of T2DM are relatively complex, involving insulin resistance, disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism and intestinal flora imbalance. Marine-derived chitooligosaccharides(COS) and its derivatives have significant multiple biological activities such as anti-inflammation, antioxidation, improving glucose and lipid metabolism, and regulating gut microbiota. The multi-target synergistic mechanisms of COS and its derivatives in anti-diabetes provide theoretical support for the construction of targeted nutritional intervention programs and highlight the clinical translational value in the comprehensive treatment of diabetes. In this paper, the research progress in mechanisms of COS regulating T2DM through multiple targets is reviewed.
