| ［摘要］ 颅内继发恶性肿瘤中，囊性脑转移瘤较为少见。囊性脑转移瘤通常体积较大且占位效应明显，临床症状较为严重，患者预后相对较差。目前，尚缺乏针对该病的标准治疗方案。因此，优化治疗方案以提高患者的生存质量、延长生存期并改善远期预后，已成为临床医师关注的重要问题。该文对囊性脑转移瘤诊治的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Among intracranial secondary malignant tumors, cystic metastatic brain tumors are relatively uncommon. In view of the large volume and obvious space-occupying effect of cystic metastatic brain tumors, the clinical symptoms of the patients with cystic metastatic brain tumors are relatively serious and their prognoses are relatively poor. At present, there is still a lack of a standard treatment regimen for cystic metastatic brain tumors. Therefore, optimizing treatment regimens to improve the patients′ quality of life, prolong their survival period and improve their long-term prognoses has become an important issue of concern for clinicians. In this paper, the research progress in diagnosis and treatment of cystic metastatic brain tumors is reviewed. |
