| [摘要] 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最主要的微血管并发症之一,肾纤维化是其进展至终末期肾脏病的核心病理环节。糖尿病肾病肾纤维化的发病机制复杂,主要涉及氧化应激、炎症反应、关键细胞因子的异常表达及多条信号通路的调控。其治疗策略包括传统靶向干预策略,维生素D受体及NLRP3炎症小体等新兴治疗靶点,以及中药多成分、多靶点调控策略。该文对糖尿病肾病肾纤维化的发病机制及治疗研究进展作一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is one of the most significant microvascular complications of diabetes, and renal fibrosis is the core pathological link for its progression to end-stage renal disease. The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy-related renal fibrosis is complex, mainly involving oxidative stress, inflammatory response, abnormal expressions of key cytokines and regulations of multiple signaling pathways. The therapeutic strategies of diabetic nephropathy-related renal fibrosis include traditional targeted intervention strategies, emerging therapeutic targets such as vitamin D receptors and NLRP3 inflammasomes, as well as multi-component and multi-target regulation strategies of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the research progress in the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy-related renal fibrosis is reviewed. |
