| [摘要] 子宫内膜异位症病变本质是一种经历反复组织损伤及修复的伤口。纤维化是子宫内膜异位症的主要病理特征,其核心机制包括上皮-间质转化、成纤维细胞-肌成纤维细胞转化及巨噬细胞-肌成纤维细胞转化等细胞可塑性过程。细胞-细胞转化衍生的肌成纤维细胞产生的细胞外基质成分过度沉积,导致永久性瘢痕形成,组织正常结构和功能丧失。该文对细胞转化在子宫内膜异位症纤维化发生发展中作用的研究进展作一综述。 |

| [Abstract] The lesion of endometriosis is essentially a wound that undergoes repeated tissue injury and repair. Fibrosis is the main pathological feature of endometriosis. Its core mechanisms include the processes of cellular plasticity involving epithelial-mesenchymal transition, fibroblast-myofibroblast transition and macrophage-myofibroblast transition. The excessive deposition of extracellular matrix components produced by myofibroblasts derived from cell-cell transition leads to the formation of permanent scars and the loss of normal tissue structure and function. In this paper, the research progress in the role of cell transition in the development and progression of fibrosis in endometriosis is reviewed. |
