Abstract:
[Abstract] Molecular diagnostics has become an important means of pathogen detection. The nucleic acid amplification combined with clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR) molecular detection system is regarded as a next-generation point-of-care molecular diagnostic technology. The CRISPR one-tube method integrates nucleic acid amplification and CRISPR detection into a single reaction system, which has attracted considerable attention from researchers. In recent years, nucleic acid amplification-CRISPR/CRISPR-associated proteins(Cas) one-tube method systems based on various biosensors for final signal measurement have been continuously developed, demonstrating potential applications in rapid pathogen detection, food safety, and environmental monitoring. In this paper, the advances in various biosensors based on nucleic acid amplification-CRISPR/Cas one-tube method are reviewed.
