| ［摘要］ 黄连作为传统常用中药，具有显著的肠道保护及抗炎作用。黄连活性成分（如小檗碱、巴马汀等）及其复方可通过抑制关键炎症信号通路、调节肠道免疫稳态、增强肠道屏障功能以及重塑肠道菌群与代谢平衡等多重途径发挥治疗作用。该文对黄连及其复方治疗肛肠疾病的药理作用及临床应用研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ As a traditional and commonly used Chinese herbal medicine, Rhizoma Coptidis(Huanglian) exhibits significant intestinal protective and anti-inflammatory effects. The active components of Rhizoma Coptidis(such as berberine and palmatine) and its compound prescriptions can exert therapeutic effects through multiple pathways, including inhibiting key inflammatory signaling pathways, regulating intestinal immune homeostasis, enhancing intestinal barrier function, and remodeling the gut microbiota and metabolic balance. This paper reviews the research progress of pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Rhizoma Coptidis and its compound prescriptions in the treatment of anorectal diseases. |
