| ［摘要］ 探讨小肝癌的超声诊断价值及进展。随着仪器的改进，灵敏度的提高，高分辨二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声显像在诊断小肝癌有较大的进展，目前超声发展较快的三维成像技术、超声造影技术在诊断小肝癌有较大的价值，超声引导下穿刺活检能迅速、灵活、准确地对肝脏肿瘤进行明确诊断。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the improvement of apparatus and the application of 2-D ultrasoic imaging scanner with high resolution combined with color Doppler ultrasonic imaging, the early diagnosis for small hepatic carcinoma is possible. Rapidly developing contrast-enhanced ultrasonic technique and 3-Dimaging scanner have been widely applied to the diagnosis for small hepatic carcinoma. The early and exact diagnosis for malignant tumor of liver will be reliable through ultrasonically-guided biopsy of liver. |
