| ［摘要］ 小儿腹腔镜手术近几年来在国内开展越来越广泛。术中使用二氧化碳建立气腹，对小儿肝功能影响的机制非常复杂，其中主要是引起肝脏门静脉血流的改变，其影响程度与气腹压力的大小、手术持续时间以及手术类型等因素有关。本文就目前国内外关于腹腔镜手术对肝功能影响研究现状进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The pediatric laparoscopic operation is applied more and more extensively in the clinical practice.Its effects on liver function is very complex because the carbon dioxide gas is used for the establishment of pneumoperitoneum during this operation. The main reason is blood stream tranafer of liver portal vein which is influenced by gas abdomen′s pressure 、operation duration、operation style etc.The research present situation on the effects of laparoscopic operation on liver function will be summarized in this article. |
