| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨高频超声对慢性软组织损伤的诊断价值。方法 使用高频超声检查经过骨科门诊诊断为慢性软组织损伤187例患者，并分析其超声图像特征。结果 高频超声能满意显示病变软组织的细微解剖情况，其与临床的诊断总符合率达77.5%。结论 高频超声对于慢性软组织损伤的诊断具有重要的辅助作用和简便、价廉、准确的特点，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound examination in chronic soft tissue injury.Methods High-frequency ultrasound examination were performed in 187 consecutive patients with chronic soft tissue injury diagnosed in our hospital orthopedic clinic.Results High-frequency ultrasound clearly demonstrated the fine soft tissue lesion in anatomy, with a total compliance rate of 77.5%.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of chronic soft tissue injury has an important auxiliary role. It is simple, inexpensive, accurate method, and is worthy of promotion. |
