| ［摘要］ 目的 调查产后抑郁的发生率，探讨艾迪产后抑郁量表(EPDS)的诊断价值。方法 随机抽取分娩的300例孕妇,应用EPDS跟踪调查，并以《精神疾病的诊断与统计手册》第4版（DSM-Ⅳ）为诊断标准进行产后抑郁的诊断。观察产妇的抑郁情绪，评价EPDS的诊断价值。结果 300例患者EPDS评分≥13分者73例。根据DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准，诊断产后抑郁者为58例，占19.3%。EPDS得分以12分为界值时，敏感度为91.4%，特异度为91.7%,阳性预测值为72.6%，阴性预测值为96.5%；受试者工作特征曲线（ROC）下面积为0.950（0.912，0.989），P=0.019。结论 产妇抑郁情绪严重，EPDS可以用作临床筛查的工具，有较高的诊断价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the incidence rate of postpartum depression, and to explore the efficacy of EDPS in the diagnosis of postpartum depression. Methods Three hundred pregnant women delivered in our hospital were elected randomly, EPDS was used for follow-up, and “mental disorders Diagnostic and Statistical Manual” (DSM-Ⅳ) was used as diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of postpartum depression. Maternal depression were observed, and the diagnostic value of EPDS was evaluated. Results According to EPDS, greater or equal 13 points were found in 73 cases of 300 cases. According to DSM-Ⅳ diagnostic criteria 58 cases were diagnosed as postpartum depression, accounting for 19.3%. When 12 points was used as cut off points to diagnose pstepartum, the sensitivity was 91.4%, specificity was 91.7%, positive predictive value was 72.6%, negative predictive value was 96.5%; receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) area was 0.950 ( 0.912,0.989), P= 0.019. Conclusion Pregnant women had severe depression; EPDS can be used as clinical screening tools. |
