| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨培哚普利、螺内酯、美托洛尔联合治疗扩张型心肌病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将138例扩张型心肌病按轻、中度慢性心力衰竭病例随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和常规+联合治疗组（培哚普利、螺内酯、美托洛尔）。比较两组治疗前及治疗4周后心率（HR）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）和左心室射血分数（LVEF）的变化。结果 （1）治疗前两组HR、LVEDD、LVEF比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；（2）治疗4周后，治疗组与对照组三项指标变化比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；（3）治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 培哚普利、螺内酯、美托洛尔联合治疗轻、中度扩张型心肌病心力衰竭疗效好，无严重不良反应。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment with perindopril, spironolactone and metoprolol in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with mild to moderate chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(70 patients) received conventional treatment, and the treatment group (68 patients) received conventional treatment combined with perindopril, spironolactone and metoprolol. The therapeutic effect and the changes of the heart rate (HR), LVEDD and LVEF before the treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment between two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before the treatment there were no significant difference in HR, LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups (P>0.05). There were significant difference in HR, LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment (P<0.01). The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of above three indexes. Conclusion The effect of combined treatment with perindopril, spironolactone and metoprolol in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with mild to moderate heart failure is good. There is no serious adverse reation. |
